What moves the price of a connection
The $35 is the normal case. Everything below can push it up, and we say by how much before any work starts — after we have looked at the feed.
The cloud wizard instead of manual work
A supplier with a YML feed whose descriptions and photos live on its website is connected through the wizard for $15: the model picks the enrichment rules and you check the result before it is applied. Whatever does not fit YML is a hand-written class, from $35.
No feed at all — from $150
Only the supplier website. We write a collector for its catalogue; it walks the site from your admin panel and stores the products so the program can read them; the Feed collector plugin is included in the price. The exact sum depends on how the catalogue is built. One day the supplier will rebuild its site — the cloud watches for that by subscription.
A feed that is not really a feed
A price list laid out for a human to read: merged cells, headings inside the rows, prices in a comment.
Variants and options
Sizes and colours as separate rows that have to be folded into one product with options.
Photos behind a login
Images that are not reachable by a plain link, or need to be pulled from the supplier site one by one.
Several feeds in one
One supplier, several files with different structures that have to end up in the same catalogue.
Payment and refunds
When you pay
After the installation. The program is already on your hosting and pulling your feed — that is when the invoice comes.
The program — no subscription
The program is yours after payment. There are no activation keys and nothing stops working if you disappear for a year.
The month of support
Starts from the installation. Anything that does not work the way we agreed is fixed within it.
After that month
The program keeps running on its own. If something breaks later, that is separate work by agreement.
The cloud — by subscription
The only thing paid upfront: a month of monitoring, by card. Cancelling means refusing the next charge: the paid month runs out, the rules stay with you, the import does not stop.
No refunds — and why none are needed
The money arrives after the result, not before it. If the program never starts pulling your feed, there is no invoice and nothing to return.
Refunds for the cloud
If the wizard could not bring a supplier up and we could not repair it by hand, the money for that connection is returned. There is no silent failure: the program says the enrichment is empty, and so do we.
