The program is a one-time payment. The cost of connecting depends on your suppliers and the structure of their feeds. Extra plugins and monitoring are chosen separately.

Data from a site with no feed from $150
There is no feed at all: the data is collected from the pages of the supplier catalogue.
Unusual structure quoted after review
We'll quote the cost after reviewing the source and before any work starts.
Plugins: the cost is shown in the catalogue entry for each plugin. Paid plugins are a one-time payment.

Monitoring — optional
If you need changes in your sources watched, add monitoring. Its terms and cost are stated separately from the program and the one-time installation.
What is checked
A nightly check of the source: whether the feed is reachable and whether its structure changed.
Which sources
Suppliers connected to the program, including those whose data is collected from a website.
What is included
Repairing the collection rules when the supplier site changes. Rebuilding for a new feed format is quoted separately.
Cost
$3 a month per supplier, or $15 a month per store with all its suppliers.
Connecting through the wizard
$15 one-time, the first month of monitoring included. This is another way to connect a source, not an addition to the regular connection.
After you switch it off
The rules stay with you and the import does not stop.
Monitoring is not required for the program to work, and it does not automatically fix every change in a source structure.

When a connection needs extra setup
A feed in XML, YML or CSV is the normal case. Everything below can push the cost up. We state the cost after the review and before any work starts.
No ready feed
The data has to be collected from the pages of the supplier website. From $150: we write a collector for its catalogue that walks the site from your admin panel. The exact sum depends on how the catalogue is built.
An unusual table
Merged cells, several sheets, non-standard headers, a price in a comment — a file laid out for a human to read.
Product variants
Sizes and colours as separate rows that have to be folded into one product with options.
Photos behind a login
Images that are not reachable by a plain link — a separate way of fetching them is needed.
Several sources
One supplier, several files with different structures that have to end up in one catalogue.
Store-specific rules
Your own logic for prices, categories or updates.
Connecting through the wizard
A source with a YML feed whose descriptions and photos live on the supplier website is connected through the wizard for $15: the rules are picked automatically and you check the result before it is applied. This is another way to connect a source, not an addition to the regular connection.
How payment and support work
Before the installation
We show a sample of products and agree the cost. Reviewing the source costs nothing.
After the installation
We check the connection and invoice on the agreed terms. There is no upfront payment.
The program — no subscription
The program is yours after payment. There are no activation keys and nothing stops working if you disappear for a year.
A month of support
Starts from the day of installation. We help with questions and fixes within the scope of the agreed connection.
After support
The program keeps working. Further work and ongoing support are discussed separately.
Monitoring
Billed on separate subscription terms: a month upfront, cancelling means refusing the next charge. The paid month runs out, the rules stay with you, the import does not stop.
You pay after the result
The invoice follows the agreed result. If the connection never works, no invoice is issued for it and there is nothing to return.
Refunds for monitoring
If the wizard could not bring a supplier up and we could not repair it by hand, the money for that connection is returned.
