Rule-based markup
A percentage or an amount per category, brand or price range. Rounding to 10.
Category mapping
The supplier tree onto your store tree. New categories go to confirmation.

Markup
free
+
A coefficient on the supplier price, by rules
A rule is set for a supplier, one of their categories or a store category, with a price range: one markup on cheap goods, another on expensive ones. The most specific rule wins. A fixed price for particular items lives in “Fixed price”, discount percentages in “Discounts”, the tidy tail in “Price rounding”.
Image processing
free
+
Pictures from the description, one size, a watermark
Three steps on one conveyor, always in the same order: pull in the pictures the description links to, bring photos down to a size and quality limit, put your mark in the corner you choose. Each step has its own switch, and the set of steps can differ from supplier to supplier.
Discounts
$20
+
A percentage per supplier, category, brand or SKU
The price reaches the store discounted and the previous one struck through, the way a storefront expects. The most specific rule wins: a discount on one SKU beats a discount on its category. It is applied before anything is written, on all three paths — import, product update and price update.
Value replacements
free
+
“Change this to that” rules for titles, descriptions and attributes
One table of rules: replace a phrase in the product title or description, bring attribute values — sizes, colours, anything else — to a single form. Matches literally or by regular expression, and runs both when a product is loaded and when prices are refreshed. Attribute values can be picked from a list taken out of your store.
Catalogue export
$35
+
A feed for Rozetka, Prom, Satu, Kaspi and Yandex.Market
Builds the feed out of your store catalogue — with your prices after markup, filtered by category and availability. Each marketplace has its own format class: Rozetka, Prom, Satu, Kaspi, Halyk Market, Yandex.Market; everything else gets plain YML. The file is written in parts and refreshes itself when the import ends.
SEO meta tags
$35
+
Product meta tags from a mask, a separate one per store category
Fills the page title, the search description and the keywords from a mask — a separate one for every store category. The mask takes the product name, SKU, price, brand, category, availability, attribute values and the supplier name, with shortcuts like trimming on a word boundary or transliterating for the address. Separate masks cover the product address and the product name itself. A length counter marks the 60 and 160 character lines, and a preview shows how the card will look in search results and in the store. Products already in the store are left alone by default — tags are filled in only where they are empty. It all happens while the product is being imported, so no separate pass over the catalogue is needed.
Questions
Which platforms does the program work with?
Right now OpenCart, WooCommerce and any platform that accepts a YML feed. ocStore, Horoshop and Prom we connect on request — write to us and we will check your case before any payment.
−
Which feed formats are supported?
XML, YML and CSV — from $35. Excel costs more, from $70: those workbooks more often have to be unpicked by hand. If there is no feed at all and only the supplier website, that is solvable too, but we name the price after we have had a look.
+
How do I know my supplier will work?
Send a link to the feed or to the site. We answer within a day: we show 20 of your products from that feed and name the connection price — from $35.
+
What does it need from hosting and cron?
PHP 7.4 or newer (8.1 preferred), 128 MB of memory, access to the store database and one cron job. Ordinary shared hosting is fine. Setting up cron is part of the installation.
+
What happens after the month of support?
The program keeps working — it is yours, with no activation keys. If something breaks later, that is separate work by agreement. Or connect the cloud: it checks the suppliers every night on its own and repairs the rules when their sites change.
+
How many suppliers can be connected?
As many as you need — the program has no limit. Each one is connected separately, from $35, and runs on its own schedule: a supplier who refreshes the feed twice a day does not need hourly checks.
+
How large can a supplier feed be?
Most hold up to 10,000 items, the largest 30,000 and above. But the ceiling is set by your hosting memory, not by the program: parsing costs roughly three times what the file weighs — at 128 MB that is a feed of about thirty thousand items, at 256 MB twice as much. So we look at the feed and the hosting before any payment and tell you whether it fits.
+
What if it does not work?
You pay after the installation, when the program is already pulling your feed and updating prices. If we cannot get that far, there is nothing to pay for. That is also why there is no refund policy: the money does not reach us before the result does.
