Connecting additional suppliers

The format decides the cost of the connection, not whether it is possible. The exact cost depends on the structure of the source — we state it before any work starts.
XML
A link to a file the supplier refreshes. The data is loaded from the source you give.

A feed with products, categories and other data in the YML structure.

A delimited table. We map the columns onto SKUs, prices and the other fields.

Links and a contact are enough to start
The markup and the detailed category mapping are settled during setup — they are not needed in the first request.

How the catalogue is updated
A price changed
Updated on schedule with the markup you set.
Stock changed
Availability is updated by the rules you chose.
A product left the feed
The behaviour follows your settings: hiding it from the storefront, for example. The card, its URL and its statistics are kept.
A new product appeared
Imported according to the category mapping and the filters. Categories the supplier added later wait for your confirmation.
The feed structure changed
The connection may need updating; ongoing support terms are agreed separately.
A large feed
Before installation we check the volume and what your hosting allows: parsing costs roughly three times what the file weighs.
