We check the hosting before installing

The resources needed depend on the size of the feed and the number of images. We check your case before any work starts.

Technical requirements minimum compatibility for the current release

PHP 7.4 or newer — minimum compatibility tested up to 8.3

Database MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+ the same one the store uses

Update schedule one cron job set up as part of the installation

Memory from 128 MB parsing costs roughly three times the feed size: 128 MB is about thirty thousand items

Execution time from 30 s the import runs in batches: what it does not finish in one pass continues in the next

Memory for Excel from 512 MB the workbook is read whole, so it needs noticeably more than XML or CSV

Space for images depends on the number of photos originals are stored separately from the processed copies

What the installation needs

After the review and once the installation is agreed, we tell you which access your platform and hosting need. Passwords are not needed in the first request.

Placing the program

FTP or SSH — to upload the files and add the schedule job.

Access to the store data

The program writes into the store tables through the same connection the store itself uses.

Checking the result

Access to the store admin panel: to look at the categories, a couple of products and the photos.

The specialist's access can be revoked right after the installation — the program keeps working. The credentials the program itself uses stay in place.
